The position of Brand Officer is an independent contractor position to help expand Oilee's reach in California; you will be responsible for marketing, and lead generation of future business for Oilee.
Brand officers will be responsible for ensuring that Oilee gets clients
Brand officers receive print advertising such as business cards, brochures, etc., to bring Oilee's presence and services into apartments, condos, and other businesses.
Brand Officers will be held to monthly quotas to receive bonuses. Monthly meetings will be held if we fall short and we will discuss what they need to improve their numbers

Brand Officers make their hours, quotas can resemble the following
OILEE needs 3 new businesses, this month
OILEE needs 20 subscribers this week
Brand officers are paid based on their recruitment numbers this job allows you the flexibility to make your schedule and be paid while living your best life. You simply must get subscriptions and or scheduled appointments. Bonus Pay for the signup and recruitment of companies with fleets. Your people sign up & we pay you.
To clarify the payment structure:
- Tier 1 subscribers will pay out $29.99 per subscriber.
- Tier 2 subscribers will pay out $37.49 per subscriber.
- Tier 3 subscribers will pay out $44.99 per subscriber.
- One-time scheduled clients will pay out 10% from the scheduled job.
- Fleet contracts will pay out 5% per month based on the generated revenue per fleet.

Brand Officers control specific regions for which they sign up and that region is their market.

Pay: $400.00 - $1,200.00 per month
