Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development, the Associate (or Senior Associate) will support the department head and the CEO in business transformation projects. These projects will make significant impact in the way of doing business, growth strategy, ESG initiatives, etc. Within growth strategy, the Corporate Development team will explore opportunities in organic growth, joint venture, and merger & acquisitions. The new joiner will also partner with the department head in stakeholder relationship management, many of which are senior leaders within the company, as well as board meeting presentations.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have 2-5 years in strategy consulting for non-financial services sectors. Experience in consumer and retail strategy projects will be a strong advantage. Besides strong academic and professional backgrounds, the ideal candidate should be a process-driven, analytical, and methodical thinker with strong people skills. Ability to produce high quality content in English and Chinese are also essential.
