  • Understand customer application and provide solution as customer need
  • Promote products/solution to new and existing customers
  • Explore/conquest new OEM customer and able to classify and analysis customer business
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Develop/create strategies for customers action plan and clear execution
  • Prioritize customer concerns to increase client satisfaction for customer service
  • Internal collaboration and working with team
Qualifications
  • Growth mindset, highly motivated, determined, and target driven
  • Have min. 5 years experience manage OEM channel and business
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
  • Expert in time management and familiar with BRM and CRM
  • Understand Automation product and solution
  • Ability to understand customer application and give customer solution
  • Ability to create and deliver customer presentations
  • Flexible work hours.
  • Understand business management skills and leadership skill
  • Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work as a team
