Qualifications
- Growth mindset, highly motivated, determined, and target driven
- Have min. 5 years experience manage OEM channel and business
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
- Expert in time management and familiar with BRM and CRM
- Understand Automation product and solution
- Ability to understand customer application and give customer solution
- Ability to create and deliver customer presentations
- Flexible work hours.
- Understand business management skills and leadership skill
- Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
- Ability to work as a team
