BuildUp is looking for an inside sales employee with a good knowledge of French and Dutch to strengthen the sales team.
BuildUp is a French and Benelux market leader in the supply of light steel frames for residential housing. The focus is on B to B customers (such as contractors, promoters, project developers, architects, …).

What does a versatile commercial employee do?

Respond to sales calls from the international market (FR/NL/EN).

Client contact

Follow-up and qualification of incoming leads

Customer technical support by phone or mail

Support in the preparation and follow-up of quotes

Administrative follow-up of incoming orders
-
Support the commercial team (exhibitions, marketing, showroom, …)
What do we expect from our versatile commercial employee?

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferably a first experience in the field of inside sales).

You have an affinity with the construction sector.

You are strong in mathematics. Good technical sense is also helpful.

You are communicative, service oriented and flexible.

Your enthusiasm is contagious to clients and colleagues.

You can easily communicate with our customers in French, Dutch, and English is an added advantage.

You like to work with precision and find solutions.

You are administratively and organizationally strong.

You have a good practical ability.

Follow up on offers and provide technical explanations to customers.

Check the terms and conditions of an offer. Inform the customer or seller.

Carry out administrative or commercial activities in an international context.

Negotiate/explain the terms of the sales contract with the customer.

Reception of telephone calls. Transcription in a CRM.

Inform and follow up with customers (order tracking, information, etc.)
