- Requirements:Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, management, social development, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum of 5 (five) years of professional experience in business development & operations, product management, partnership, and/or other related fields.
Responsibilities:a. Create business planning and budgeting template/model.
b. Build process, SOP, and flow connecting ops with platform/tech.
c. Setup monitoring and evaluation framework and dashboard for the program.
d. Assessment to select areas and appropriate interventions, setup operations in the new area, and lead the filed ops team.
