Come lead the future of Global Reporting at Starbucks! Starbucks Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis is seeking an experienced leader for a finance manager opportunity. This highly visible role provides impactful reporting and analysis to our most senior leaders in the organization, including our cfo, executive leadership team, and board of directors. We are looking for a leader with strong attention to detail, a passion for developing partners, and a desire to drive change. We are embarking on a journey to evolve and enhance our reporting capabilities at Starbucks and are looking for a leader who will be a part of creating that vision and driving change!


As a finance manager, you will…

  • Lead a team of financial professionals responsible for enterprise reporting and analysis, including owning our global margin analysis and month end and quarter end analysis and commentary. The primary audiences for your teams’ deliverables include the cfo, board of directors, executive leadership team, investor relations, and the broader business unit finance teams.
  • Drive enhancements and improvements to our reporting and ways of work, requiring close collaboration with peers across the Finance organization and big-picture thinking.

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Progressive experience in financial management including financial analysis, variance analysis, cost allocation, fact-finding, or auditing, 5-7yrs
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience, 3-5yrs
  • Prior management or supervision experience preferred

The pay range for this position may be narrower than that displayed, depending on where the work is performed.
