What will you do
- Analyze client needs, issues and challenges in operational strategy;
- Contribute to understanding trends, creating analyses, and generating insights;
- Monitor and regularly evaluate existing processes to identify potential improvements;
- Estimate, manage, and de-risk project budgets and project schedules;
- Synthesize developments into focused understanding, insights, and guidance for future strategic moves;
- Deliver presentations to key stakeholders to illustrate competitive and industry dynamics and the interplay between these elements;
- Maintain relationships and communicate in a timely manner with various stakeholders;
- Build your own client portfolio based on our global strategy;
- Analyze, implement, and promote new ways of working by supporting our activities, improving existing processes and participating to external and internal events;
- Be part of the company board, make concrete decisions and be a game changer within AION Consulting.
What are we looking for ?
- An exceptional mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, can-do attitude, autonomous, solution-oriented, and strong emotional intelligence;
- Master’s degree in Business Economics, Strategy, Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar;
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a strong project coordination focus;
- Fluent in Dutch or French with a good understanding of the other language, and an excellent level in English;
- Strong technical writing skills and experience with process modeling techniques and methods;
- Good expertise in MS Office, with process modeling tools (Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts
- Understanding of PM methodologies (Prince2, Agile, …);
- Ability to integrate into, follow-up and respect deadlines with technical and financial teams;
- Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong business acumen and interest for startups and entrepreneurial context;
- Not afraid of responsibility and decision-making;
- Able to work effectively in an environment with complex and sometimes contradictory information;
- Resilient in recovering from setbacks and skilled at finding detours around obstacles;
- Quick learner, able to apply insights from past efforts to new situations.
