Post by Jobing - Assists RN in patient assessment, initial and onâ€"going careDemonstrates knowledge of surgical procedures, anesthesia instrumentation and equipment.Anticipates the anesthesiol! ogist / CRNA needs.Cleans and stocks the anesthesia workroom daily according to departmental guidelines.Utilizes habits of economy as they apply to the care and preparation of supplies and equipment per established guidelines.Employee has willingness and ability to perform additional duties in different areas of the department/hospital on an asâ€"needed basis.Communicates well with management, coâ€"workers and physicians, reporting problems with equipment, supplies, or proceduresConsistently strives to understand, anticipate and meet the needs, expectations and satisfaction of patients, visitors, coâ€"workers and medical staff High school diploma or equivalent.One to three years experience as an anesthesia technician.CPR certification for Health Care Providers or equivalent.
